Your Right to Petition
This is proof of your legal right to collect signatures in front of any large store (grocery, clothing, etc), mall, or shopping center. It is a good idea to carry this with you to show any store manager who questions your right to collect signatures in front of their retail store or shopping center. (As a courtesy, however, you should still call ahead before petitioning.)
